traveling husbands

How do you mommys deal with your husband driving/traveling out of state often for work? And how do you handle it with a 1 month old baby?:( feeling alone, sad, extremely overwhelmed and anxiety filled knowing my husband has to drive 12+ hours Monday morning leaving me alone with our newborn for an entire week 😢😔
