Best Breast Pumps and Sets???

Question

Registered today and still skeptical about breast pumps and which ones to invest in. I've got a Medela single breast electric pump on my list and a starter set to go along with it but still looking for opinions. I'm a first time mommy. Baby girl is due beginning of March and I'm still stumped on pumps🤔

It is now required that your health insurance provide a breast pump for you, each one has different contracts so call your insurance to see which one(s) they cover.  It is now the law according to the Affordable Healthcare Act.

I got two pumps. One from a friend who ended up with multiple when she was pregnant and didn't use one and one from my insurance. I got the medela and the ameda purely yours Ultra. I have heard great things about them both! And I have a friend who works for a medical supply company and can get me cheap tubing if I need it! The ameda was from Edgepark through my insurance and it came with the pump, two different sizes of flanges, tubing,  a cooling storage case with 6 bottles and two ice packs for storage, a carrying case, some samples of breast milk storage bags, etc. it came with a ton of stuff and was recommended by people. 
The medela was also recommended by people but the one i got was a double pump electric and it just came with the pump, tubing, flanges, and two bottles for pumping into. 
I added extra stuff for both on my registry like car adapters to pump in the car, extra storage bottles, etc. I am also using the kiinde twist system for storage and feeding and it works great with both pumps!

Check with your health insurance if you have any. I get a free breast pump with mine! A lot of insurances cover them. You just have to register online and they send it to you like four to six weeks or so before your due date.

U should check with ur insurance u might be able to get a free one.  Check medulla website it can search ur insurance and see if ur able to... and get a double pump its faster to pump that way
