1 week till next cycle and Cramping?

I am one week out from my next cycle and these last 3 days I have been having severe cramping just randomly.... during cycle I cramp very little on like day 3..... has any one else ever experienced this? Could this be a good sign for a BFP soon? Been trying for over a year.
