Pain !!!

Im 4mnths pp...So 3 or 4 days ago i noticed something on my vagina, well on the right lip (at the end of the lip, its close to my but) , its like a little bump and hard, it hurts; when ever i sit and sometimes when i walk..ive looked at myself with a mirror but didnt see anything, i feel it insidee the skin ! I have no inssurance thats why i havent been able to go to my drs
