left over meds?

I have a ton of meds from an IUI cycle and and an IVF cycle. What do I do with them? I know people out there struggle to pay for this stuff, but I'm sure no one wants anything not bought from a pharmacy, right?

Hi ashley I'm not sure how old this post is but if you still HAVE the meds I'm willing to take them i have a cycle starting in april and just found out my insurance won't cover the medication TIA

Trust me, those meds  will be more than welcome by someone on fertility treatment, you can give them to someone.

Technically taking prescription meds that are not yours is illegal in the US - doesnt matter if you gave them away or sold them. Lots of people flush or trash them. The FDA has a list on their website of medicines that can be safely flushed as well as how to properly dispose of pills in the trash. I know some pharmacies will dispose of unused medicine if you return it. Just be cautious if you give it away to someone. If they react poorly to the medicine or take more than prescribed it can come back at you. If that persons DR were to ever find out the DR would be legally bound to report it to the FDA.
