Wondering if any has gotten pregnant after first depo shot. What were your symptoms?

Isn't Depo Provera a birth control that PREVENTS pregnancy?

I fell pregnant with twins on my depo provera injection 2002. I had my injection on time actually it was slightly earlier. I rekon the nurse changed it for water😂😂 !! 
Its possible as nothing is 100% so take a test and if negative get bloods done to confirm.
