problems wearing undies

Anyways does anyone have an issue with wearing underwear, for example it makes you have a certain smell down there?i know I get really moist throughout the day. I've talked to my doctor who says to not wear "too tight of clothing" which is not the case lol because I've had this problem forever and I talked to my sister and she does too. & it doesn't happen all the time but it does pretty frequently and in all types of clothing which is so embarrassing sometimes 😩 

Is it possible that your vagina doesn't like underwear?
