Did you start having a bedtime routine from birth? Or did you wait or what? DS is 7 months and I've never really kept a routine except to go to the bedroom change his diaper and clothes and feed until he falls asleep and that wasn't really routine bc not at a set time and also it wasn't always me feeding...but now his night wakings are getting too much for me and I'm hoping startjngva routine will help him sleep better...😰any advice or encouragement! Did you by any chance start giving your baby a routine late like me? Will this help him sleep better if I keep it up? I basically just bring him upstairs and he plays a bit and then I feed him and then bath and then play a bit again but in a quite room with lamp light and then bring him to bed and feed to sleep...
