14 weeks period like cramps

I am 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow with my first pregnancy . For the past three days I've had minor cramping, similar to period cramps. No blood or discharge. I called the doctor and they said unless the pain was so severe I wasn't able to walk or talk, or no blood, it's normal round ligmanet stretching. I still am just so worried and scared, even though everything's been 100% healthy so far. Anyone else experience this or have any reassurance?   Thanks!
