Please tell me I'm not losing my mind!!!

The pic on my left is my sons gender ultrasound at 14 weeks. The arrow pointing to what us clearly his penis! On the right is my current pregnancy ultrasound @ 14 weeks. The grey area is the baby's legs and I'm looking at what's in the middle. The tech said she thinks boy , but it doesn't look the same as my sons... help please!
