Court house wedding

Does anyone know how to go about getting married in the court house? How much does it cost? What do we need to do? My boyfriend asked me to marry him today and he wants to get it done soon. I've told him time and time again that I don't want a wedding. I just want to go to court and get married there. It's less of a hassle and I'm just not the type to want the huge wedding.
