Tongue piercing venom bites??

I'm about to have tongue piercings. I was wondering about aftercare &heal time. I've already got everything :sea salt, mouthwash, soft toothbrush, H20 for oral piercing, ibuprofen, antibacterial hand soap. Is that enough for a double tongue piercing? Is it also true that you have to change your tongue piercing after 2 weeks ?When should I except that it will be completely healed?? Thanks 😜Is someone did venom bites?? Does it double hurt lolHow did you managed pain??

14 days is average for the bars to be changed, but given that there are 2 piercings instead of one it can definitely take longer. Wait until the swelling is gone and have the original piercer change the bars if possible. It will be a little sore after being changed but that's normal. Rinse after every meal and drinking anything that isn't water. It will take 4-6 weeks to fully heal but I recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after the jewelry is swapped to attempt changing it yourself.

you should get pierced with a longer bar, then your piercer will give you a certain amount of time to come back in to see if the swelling has gone down, once it has gone down the piercer will switch it to a shorter bar for you. (:

Keep advil on you if you work somewhere that you need to talk a lot. I got my tongue pierced while working at mcdonalds and after an hour or two of taking orders I could feel my tongue swell up lol nothing crazy just enough to give me a slight lisp 😜
