So I just went to the bathroom and decided to look down there, all of my stitches are gone but I found what looked like one was poking out? And when I touched it with toilet paper there was like a small spot of blood like the size of the tip of a pencil, why would it do this? And should I call my Doctor tomorrow? Please help, in so scared that I'm not healing properly. I had a 3rd degree episiotomy and I'm almost 5 weeks postpartum.
