Post HSG clots and cramps?

Question

I had an HSG done about 3 days ago... I have had some fiberous/clot like string be produced along with light bleeding ( which they told me to expect that part). Had anyone else had this happen? And first BD after, anyone had any cramping in the upper part of the uterus?

Yes I had spotting and weird brown stuff afterwards lol I also felt abit sore and crampy. I conceived the first time we had sex afterwards! X
