Here we go...

BFP at 10dpo! I have to test early so I can start blood thinners ASAP. This has been the longest year of my life, and one of the hardest. 10th month TTC in our mid-30s, first baby for both. We had chemicals on month 1 & month 4, both at 5 weeks. After some testing, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune clotting disorder. My risk of miscarriage/stillbirth will remain around 30% until I have this sweet baby in my arms, and my risk of throwing a clot during or after pregnancy is high (I'll stay on blood thinners for 6wks after delivery). My faith in God's plan and the hope I have through Him is truly my lifeline to sanity!
I haven't told my husband yet. It's been such a challenging time since my diagnosis and he's been my rock. I want to surprise him when he gets home with a gift under the tree - I'm thinking the positive tests, some baby socks I've been hiding, and my first syringe of the blood thinners cause there is NO WAY I'm ready to inject myself yet!!!
Just wanted to share my early Christmas miracle and hopefully give someone some hope (and receive some prayers!). P.S. It's the week of my EDD from my first chemical pregnancy, which was sooo hard to lose because I was so happy & innocent. Such special timing.

I'm so happy for you. I'm sorry you had such a tough year. I'm glad it's ending so well for you. Your gift to your man sounds nice (minus the injection). I'm wishing you the best. I wish you good health and I wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy. Congrats! 🎉🎅🏼❤️️

Hey Psalm139!!! I am well. My baby boy is 5 months. His big sis, who’s 4, adores him. I’ve been on glow from the beginning...through TTC and fertility, pregnancy, and now through baby. I wish you and your man lots of luck for baby #2. 🍀🍀🍀

Congrats and good luck. By the way the blood thinners aren't that bad.  I've been on them for over a year now since last July I take 120 mg of enoxaparin two times a day the key is to not rub the site and to do a slow steady injection. There will be times when your stomach looks like you've been beat with a bag of nickels but it will all be worth it.  Does your doctor plan on putting you on progesterone early?

...the first time). That helped so much that when it was over I cried from relief :) I've had progesterone on hand for when I got a positive test so I popped one in that very day as soon as I calmed down! Pro levels were 18.3 yesterday and they'll retest tomorrow (along w/HCG again). Thanks again!❤️

Thank you! And thanks so much for the advice on the injections. I've had 2 so far, the first one was TERRIBLE and while I was getting bloodwork yesterday I spoke to the nurse and she said it was ok to ice beforehand (but not after) and to try going in at a 90 degree angle (hubs did it at 45...

Congratulations! So happy for you! I would have been 30 weeks on Sunday had I not miscarried at 10 weeks 5 days. I so hope I get a bfp too before my baby would have been due in February.

Lines are getting darker! HCG was 23 yesterday (11dpo) and the nurse said that was okay, but as we all know, the 48-hour retest levels are more important. Fingers crossed for tomorrow! Lovenox pictured for sympathy only 😂

Thanks! Tomorrow is my second blood test and of course I'm so nervous. Just made husband inject me & I think he's getting better at it. The day I do it myself is how we'll know hell has frozen over!!! Lol
