I have no idea where to start!
Are there websites with coupons? Anything I should sign up for? How do you get great deals on things like diapers and even furniture?

If you have an Amazon prime account I highly suggest signing up for amazon mom (free) and getting your diapers/wipes on subscribe and save! Also from time to time they have coupons you can apply and stack savings!

Will you be interested in cloth diapers? 
I'm a first time mom and cloth diapers save us a lot of money. Alva.com has very cheap diapers. 
About the furniture I got everything on garage sales and use cloths.

Jumping on the Target train - you can combine a Cartwheel discount with a manufacturer's coupon. Pretty sure I used to be able to also add a Target coupon to that stack! I had a registry with them and they provided coupons. Thesavvybump.com is a good resource for baby sales from various retailers. It's bookmarked on my phone! The Krazy Coupon lady has a website of the same name and you can browse through a baby category. You'll find diapers, wipes, food, bath stuff on this one since they focus on grocery stores and retailers like Target and Wal-Mart.

I was told to buy in bulk. I've also heard target and amazon see to be the best places to buy diapers. Target often have free gift cards with buying two packages or spending so much money on baby items. I have to download them but there's a cartwheel app and several coupon apps that'll let you save the coupons on your phone and bring them up at the register. Hope this helps!

We've tried EVERYTHING with our 3 boys and the best diapers were always Kirkland (costco brand) for diapers AND wipes. They are much cheaper than most and you can order online if you want to. If you try them I promise you will fall in love!

Target up and up brand are super affordable. Right now if you spend $100 on baby products including diapers you get a $25 target gift card
