Okay so I started my job in July . like a regular job is suppose to do of your a minor is full out a w4 form and have a work permit . birth certificates and social security card in file but this job didn't do any of that . and for the past couple of months my federal taxes have not been taking out. So is that because of my employer didn't give me a w4 form or just the irs doing this on their own . I never had this happen to me before
