Gas bubbles or babies??

I'm pregnant with identical twins and I'm 10 weeks and 5 days. Today, I noticed what feels like bubbles busting in my stomach that's in the same spot.  Could those be the babies or just gas bubbles?

Gas. This is my third pregnancy and I didn't feel my twins and sooner than I did my singletons, about 18 weeks.

I would love this answer too. Im nearly 9 weeks  with twins and the popping is in same area (right side) where baby a is. I just don't understand if it is air or gas why is it in the exact same spot?
