Blood clot

I am 10 weeks pregnant today. Yesterday I felt like I had an accident so when I went to check I had a very small amount of reddish blood and 10 second later a blood clot passed. I called the nurse on call and she was not worried since the bleeding stopped after the clot past.She told me to rest and no lifting at all. Today this morning I noticed a very light pinkish as I wiped. I go to my ob tomorrow. Did anyone experienced this before?
