kick counts

I'm in my 27th week. My little boy has been stubborn today and not wanting to move a whole lot, even when I'm resting. I talked to the nurse because they actually called me to set up a new appt. she said to monitor him and come in if movements don't start. I'm taking a warm bath now. He has kicked or moved about 6 times in the last 10 mins which is great! My question is: do I count the movements I can't really "feel" but I still see my belly move??!! I'm assuming he is further back because I couldn't feel some movements but my stomach jiggled around when I was watching. Do those count? Or do I have to feel them?
