Travel System
I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my daughter. So I was rear ended mid October and my daughter's travel system was in the car. My stroller was in the trunk where the other car smashed into but didn't receive much damage. I know once a car seat is in an accident, it's faulty. My travel system is exclusive so it can not be bought separate only as the travel system. The other party's insurance is refusing the replace the whole thing and wants to replace my car seat with a completely different car seat and nothing close to what I have now. I have stated I refuse to accept a mismatching car seat. I didn't spend $400 on a travel system to have it replaced with the wrong product. Am I wrong?
