baby rashes 😢 help!

So, I'm a ftm & my baby has an appt tomorrow, but I wanted to get some advice from some of you veteran mommies...

My baby has started to develop rashlike spots on her face, neck & chest. We haven't used any new laundry soap, lotion, body wash or anything. I haven't eaten anything different. We're always careful with washing our hands, etc. She developed these rashlike spots 5-7 days ago.

Have any of your babies experienced this? I looked it up in Google & I scared myself looking at each symptom & picture... please no judgment just help & positivity. I'm hoping it's only eczema.

Update: Where I live it gets down to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. And I actually used baby oil on the spots about half an hour ago & the redness has calmed down. Thanks, everyone!
