help someone!
My husband and I had sex about a week ago, and yesterday and today I've been so exhausted. I've been having abdominal cramping like I'm on my period but maybe not as intense. And my cold (sinus congestion and cough) came back yesterday. I feel like a hot mess and I'm so exhausted. Are these signs of conception?
Note: I had my period around thanksgiving time frame.
