help! Anyone with severe neck pain?

I'm 9w4d and since last week I've been dealing with a hard and horrible neck pain! I feel I can't even hold my head up and it even gives me headaches... Has someone gone through this too when pregnant? I'm really desperate because I couldn't even sleep last night...

I get tension headaches from grinding my teeth in bed. 
Put peppermint oil on the area... test wrist 1st for allergy... neck, scalp... a little on your fingertips goes a long way... then I use a heating pad. 
Careful of your eyes if you put oil on your scalp, if you need to remove peppermint oil from near your eyes/face use coconut or olive oil and a cloth to remove it
