For mama's with anterior placentas

How do you feel your baby move?! I'm almost 29 weeks and I can't feel my son move at all. Occasionally when I'm sitting on the couch I'll feel a nudge by my hips or a kick in my ribs but I can't feel anything otherwise 😢 hes also really far back and I'm really tall so I don't have an actual bump I'm 250lb if that helps?
