Sickness & Diarrhea in early labour?

Did anyone have sickness & diarrhoea in early labour? I'm 40+5. Been having mild contractions since yesterday. Lost my mucus plug over the last 2 days. Feel terrible. Unable to eat or drink without it coming back out! Contractions don't seem to be changing, 9-12 mins apart and lasting from 30-45 seconds. Any advice would be great. Wish I had someone to just tell me what exactly is going to happen, the unknown is horrible! Thanks ladies x
