Has anyone took inositol powder to improve pcos?

Any positive outcomes?

Dr said that insoitol is equivalent to metformin for increasing ovulation

I've been taking it regularly for a few months now and I've had a period every month for those four months which I have never had before. Not sure if it's entirely down to that but I've never had a monthly cycle before in my life.  I have also gone dairy free and gluten free

I'm taking it at the moment as given by fertility specialist weight is actually coming  Off, and periods and ovulation seem to be better less acne. Had a few headaches at the beginning but all fine now
