So I had a crazy painful month long period and I was clotting a lot. I was freaked out and went to see my doctor and found out I had a miscarriage... I didn't even know I was pregnant... my boyfriend doesn't know yet. He's been out of the country but is coming back in a week, do I tell him or not?!
