I don't know what to think at this point! We went in for our first ultrasound last week and found out that we were about 6 weeks (top) :-) They could not measure a heart beat yet but did say there was a flicker we saw. Our doctor wanted to measure the heart beat so she sent me back today at 7 weeks for another ultrasound (bottom). The tech spent no more than 10 min total with us for a normal and vaginal ultrasound and then said the doctor would be in contact. She did not even zoom in ad close ad the last tech did. Tonight the doctor called and told me that they could not find a heart beat today and she is assuming it is a miscarriage. With such poor quality pictures and little time spent trying I cannot imagine how they give this devastating news!!

Does anyone have any ideas or seen similar to our 7 week ultrasound? I feel like there still looks like there is a viable sac and fetal pole in there! I demanded a second opinion and week find out about those options tomorrow :-(
