Each pregnancy can be different from symptoms,  morning sickness, baby size and position, your muscle aches, weight gain/fluid retention, gestational diabetes, etc.

My 2nd was different than my first. I had more nausea, aches, pain and just general discomfort. I also gained weight with my 2nd. With my 1st I lost weight all throughout.

I also had cravings with my 2nd and more heartburn - didn't have any of that with my 1st.

I think it's different for everyone, my my pregnancies with my girls were very similar but when I compare them to when I was pregnant with my boys it was night and day but I know some people that theirs were all very similar

1st pregnancy I was VERY tired and had very sore boobs.

2nd pregnancy not a symptom

3rd still waiting on that experience
