Okay I just finished having sex with my husband and about 5 minutes afterward I started having a bad (not unbearable) pain in my lower abdomen area. I've never had real period cramps before so I don't know what that honestly feels like and the little cramping that I get sometimes is always in my back during my periods. Like I can deal with the pain it's not "I need to go to the hospital" kinda pain but I'm sure that it's not normal
