When is the best time to get a 3D ultrasound?

The closer to 40 weeks the better the ultrasound.. hers mine..I think I was 36 weeks in here but not sure ..

The 3D ultrasound place I'm going to said between 24-28 weeks was ideal so I'm booked for 26 weeks 😄

I had mine either 32 or 34 weeks with my first I think that's the best time. But yesterday when I had a scan at 8w4d they gave me a 3D pic I think it's so cute :)

Got mine done at 29weeks and 35weeks. The further u r the more squished ur baby will be so ur pics may not come out so perfect

I would say 36 weeks. This was at 37 weeks and still turned out perfectly and my baby boy was measuring 8 lbs. People say they will be squished, but he looks perfect, just had his hand by his face.

If baby is big then pics are squished. Depends on how your baby is laying. Mine was difficult and had his face covered with his hands and also his face was like squished against my belly. 
They need a good amount of fluid between baby's face and the ultrasound stick so they can see it. If it's face it's up against your belly it will come out distorted
