I was talking with a roommate tonight, and she said she took prenatal vitamins for her hair, skin and nails to grow and look wonderful. **I am not TTC** I'm just looking for a vitamin(s) that'll help with my energy. I've cut caffeine to a minimum and I'm just trying to change my ways. What brand would you recommend? Do they help your period? What do you like most about the prenatals?
