No symptoms!

I'm freaking out every day because apart from a positive HPT I've had no symptoms at all. I'm 5w4d & had the sorest boobs ever by now with my first child. I also had a MC four months ago - a pregnancy also with lack of symptoms, which is why I think I am getting so anxious about it 🙁
