does back ache mean uti?

It burns during having a pee and after...

Sometimes it feels like I need to pee loads but it's not much.

Is this a uti? Do I need to go to the doctors?

Also is a back ache a symptoms of it.. i have  the worst back ache right now

Yes, I ALWAYS get lower back pain with my uti's it's definitely a symptom, it's usually my first hint even before the burning and urge to constantly pee start. For whatever reason Im very prone to them, I get them every few months. Definitely not fun. Probiotics help keep them at bay and cranberry pills, also not using anything but water to wash down there. But def go to the doctor and get some antibiotics!

Drink as much as you need to while going through this irritating UTI stuff! Drink lots of water! You need to cleanse your body of the bacteria that is causing it. It's important to continue drinking it after! Don't have sex for a while. I know it's gross but chug it and get it over with.

Yes! Go to doctor as soon as you can. They'll put you on antibiotics for 7 days maybe? Take a probiotics 2 hours after you take your antibiotic as prescribed. The antibiotics kill everything! They're kill the good bacteria needed to fight infection. To prevent this in the future. Pee before and after sex! Don't go back and forth between holes... Rinse off after sex! You don't need to use fancy soap. You're really not supposed to use soap at all. Just clean yourself with water. Wash everything else with a mild soap. Drink Cranberry juice containing 100% juice! Don't buy that shit filled with sugar! It's only going to get worse the longer you let it go. Drink plenty of water! Cut out all pop and alcohol. I'm prone to UTI's & it never fails that I get one every 6 months or so. I've made healthy changes in my diet but it used to be worse. Eat lots of yogurt containing probiotics! Brand I get is a green package.
