Can you eat a tuna and mayo sub from subway if your pregnant?

Yes it says just to watch the amount of tuna i think because of the mercury in it but id say you can still have a can or 2 a week.. i think also white fish like cod etc is ok too. Yhink shellfish need to avoid x

I ate whatever I wanted and both my baby's are perfect! Just eat it in moderation and you'll be fine!

Personally i won't touch anything containing Vit A, mercury and unpasturised items. Anything else is fine. Just make sure its cooked/heated properly

Yes but I tend to stay away from anything mayo based from chain places. I just don't trust it to be fresh.
