Why do we have to try SO hard to get pregnant?

Hi! I just found out two days ago that I'm pregnant. But I thought back to what we did the month we conceived and it was the month that we did everything perfect and even extra. Making love on the most fertile days, we went gluten free, I took so many vitamins, avoided caffeine, used pre-seed etc... 
It worked, obviously. But man! So much you have to do!! What about y'all?

I got pregnant the first try and I appreciate it just as much as anyone else. Sometimes it's harder for different people. Doesn't make the person less deserving or less appreciative.

Took us a year and 4 months. We tried preseed the month we conceived. I'm 29 weeks today!

The month we "took a break" from trying was he month I ended up pregnant. Lol

We didn't stress about it. Just had fun. Made love before and on my fertile window. I used preseed also. First month "trying" 😊 can't believe I'm pregnant.

We conceived on the first cycle. Both me and hubby don't drink or smoke and we eat super healthy food (well, that changed after i got pregnant. Now I crave pizzas and fries xD).

We didn't get pregnant till we quit trying. We tried for 10 long months. Then two months before our wedding we quit trying and focused on planning the wedding that was the month we conceived.
