So I just found out I'm pregnant, but I've been having nausea for about aweek  now. It's been getting really bad. Do any girls know what wouldn't upset my stomach, because I feel like I can't eat anything. ☹️️

Sip water, don't drink it. 
All I ate for weeks was applesauce, soup, bananas and mashed potatoes. Eat slowly. 
If you're not hungry and have nausea, suck on sour candy. Sour patch kids, and war heads saved my life. 
You can also take pepto bismol tablets.

I know target and baby's r us have stuff to help with nausea. Target has these gummies and baby's r us has these candys that's supposed to help it. I've never tried either though

Any ideas?
