So I had this "zits" in the groin area for about a year but i always thought they would go away. Today I finally popped them and liquid and white "creamy stuff" kept coming out for (not kidding I counted it) three whole minutes. It's still super hard and I can still feel a "ball" under the skin. I never had sex so it's not a STI do you know ehat it can be??
