who does the kegels like the app suggests?

I graduated from glow to nurture and it's asking me if I did my kegels today. I mean.... i did them but just wondering if others are and how you feel on the topic LOL

This is my second baby, believe me you want to do them. Not so much for the birth but for after so you can hold your bladder and not pee everytime you move, sneeze, cough or laugh 😳

I didn't do it my first pregnancy and after baby was born I couldn't hold my bladder if it was full for a couple weeks.. this time I am definitely doing them.

I've been doing it! Idk if it'll help in the birth process or what but it's supposed to be good for your girl!!

Haha nice to know I'm not the only Chelsea 😊 but YES you want to do them!! I didn't first time around and thought I was fine, then I got pregnant with 2nd baby and I was in so much pain in my groin area that I had to start doing them otherwise I couldn't walk! So now I try to do them at least a few times a week normally. 
Going to be honest I haven't gotten a BFP yet but tomorrow will be the day after period is due so testing in the morning.

Do them they will make delivery easier I've had 4 kids and with my last one I did then everyday and the delivery was pretty easy
