Dr surprised we conceived

We had our first ultra sound today. I found out we are 5 weeks along :) however the Dr said that my ovaries have a polycystic appearance. She didn't expand and I didn't know what questions to ask until after I left. She just kept saying how great it is that we were able to conceive naturally and especially since I haven't had a period since June. I'm so so excited about our little growing blessing but concerned about what I didn't learn today. I go back in 2 weeks for another ultra sound so I'll ask then.
