Winter blues or pregnancy

I'm so sleepy lately. Like exhausted and fatigue. Im only 5 weeks and wondering is this even normal lol not to mention I have no appetite! Idk if it's this taste i have in my mouth or what. Anyone experiencing the same thing? If so what are you doing to help?
