Anyone gotten pregnant between egg retrieval and a frozen transfer?

So I did my egg retrieval a few weeks ago now and it went well. Unfortunately we couldn't do a fresh transfer because my estrogen was too high. In the meantime I also need to get my tubes removed in case they are hydro. I've had one period since my retrieval and this period is late. I know my cycle could be days and days off but I can't help but be hopeful that maybe my tubes are ok and I got pregnant on my own while in this process? Maybe the retrieval medicine jump started something right?
