It got worse today ..I took her back to the doctors and the Dr. said it is an infection ...

Looks and sounds like fifths disease...my oldest daughter had it 4 times when she was little and my son 2 times. When I was little I got it 3 times...we don't seem to have an immunity to it.

My baby had a rash when her fever was high. My mom said it's because of the heat of the body. Kind of like heat bumps. They will disappear in a couple of days after fever breaks.

Maybe take her to the ER to see what they say? That doesn't look normal to me but I'm not a doxtor.

Did the fever come first? My baby recently got over roseola and that starts with high fever and then a rash.
