How much formula?

Wondering how formula your 9m olds are drinking that are also getting 2-3 solid meals a day?

She averages about 20oz a day!

150ml x4 (8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm) but often she won't drink it all. 
It's 2pm now and she only drank 100ml
At night she drinks 250ml before bed around 6:30/7pm 
She has three meals a day, not very big ones and some snacks

GI speacialist said she needs at least 24 oz of liquid a day.

My son usually takes 6-7 oz (sometimes less)  In between solids.
