they don't understand
I've just taken 2 weeks off from school to deal with exhaustion from having two types of anemia.
I came back and when I explained why I've been off people made fun of me.
People disagreed and called me a skiver and lazy for being so tired I couldn't go farther than my kitchen.
I'm not lazy. I am ill.
It just made me so mad that people made fun of me for being ill because of a lack of education.
