I woke up today with blood on tissue after wiping. I went to the doctors office. I got an ultrasound but the baby is measuring out to be 1 week less (now 4 weeks 6 days) than when my period actually began. My doctor couldn't see a yolk sac and I'm so nervous having that I experienced a miscarriage last year 😢 I'm so nervous!!!
