please help me, I can't have kids.

Hello ladies I know I don't post on here much but I really need some of y'alls help, I have a heart problem which is quite serious and I've been told that I shouldn't have kids because my body won't survive, which is ok with me because I don't want kids. I am 20 years old and in a steady relationship and of course we're having sex but I have a huge problem that's getting in the way. I am not able to take The Pill and an IUD can can possibly damage my inertial body. Now I feel like my only option is to have my tubes tied. Which I am not against at all. I have Noonans Syndrome which is not Heretitary and if I were to save some of my eggs then it could be transferred over to them and the possibility of my kid getting it is very very high. I really need some help for some of you ladies.
