Good workouts and tips??? how do get rid of bloating!?

I need some good workouts to get my body in shape! I don't like to run and i get out of breath so easily! 😩 is there any quick workouts i can do at home so i can tone up my butt and possibly flatten up my stomach? If you know any good ones that you've seen a difference with please let me know!!! ❤️💖 also, what are some healthy snacks i can start eating to keep me from bloating!?
