What time do you wake up on your day off?

Im a sahm i dont get a day off but there are days where my son will let me sleep a bit before he decides to start bringing down the house

Our rooms are jack and jill his room is how to get to the kitchen and living room so we lock that door before we go to bed and he stays in his room or ours he gets up between 7-8 am and plays quietly then about 8/8:30 he comes over to me and goes doughnuts or cuddles up and lets me wake up then we eat and play

My body is so used to being up at around 7a or 8a for work that when I get a day off my body automatically gets me up at around the same time everyday till I realize I don't have to be up and i just go back to sleep.

I don't work until 3 so on the days I work or my day off I usually wake up around 10:30/11

I've always naturally woken up at 8:30. Even when I was little, I was ALWAYS awake by 8:30. The only way I can sleep in any later is if I'm sick.
